Shoe Gone Awry
This poor woman in her power-suit strode out of the elevator as if nothing could stand in her way. Unfortunately, as she exited, her high-heel shoe became trapped in the gap between the elevator and the wall, sending her flying. She scrabbles to dislodge her shoe with an embarrassed look on her face before the elevator door closes. Whew. Nobody saw that at least, right?
