It was Alicia’s busiest day in life multitasking – observing the suspicious man and serving the customers in line. While assisting the customers on queue, she cannot stop watching the man from the monitor because it keeps on roaming around the shop. She noticed the man, who was behind the long line, would negotiate for an accessory.

The suspicious man came into the counter, and Alicia felt relieved that the man would bargain something in the pawnshop. She assumed that it would be a smooth transaction unlike the others where the man would only get the item, process the payment, and eventually leave the shop, but her assumptions are wrong.
