She is the recipient of the National Order of Quebec. It is the highest honor one can get in Quebec! Not only that, but she also has stars on the Hollywood and Canadian Walks of Fame. Laval University gave her an honorary doctorate. She said this was, “a very great honor for a little girl from Charlemagne.” The award was dedicated to her husband.
