Drake apparently bided his time before he purchased his Hidden Hills property. It was initially selling for $27 million but the rapper only paid $7.7 million for it! The mansion is obviously impressive and extravagant. It comes with man cave rooms, secret passages, and large swimming pools, some with waterfalls and hidden caves. It’s definitely a house fitting for a musician of his status.

Miley Cyrus is still so young but she has already achieved so much! We have to admit that we feel a little jealous of her. She owns real estate worth around $20 million and this includes her recent purchase, a $2.5 million Malibu estate with 4 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. It rests on two acres of land and the home measures 1,384 square foot. The house is equipped with a master suite with a private balcony, a cook’s kitchen, heated stone floors, a gazebo, an outdoor Jacuzzi, and two car garages with a charging port for electric vehicles. When it comes to design, Cyrus favors earthy tones and hues. There is also plenty of greenery inside and outside the home.
