Even before the incident, Tracy did not have an easy life. The Rock Hill, South Carolina resident was a single mother and she had five children. Making ends meet was a struggle but she did her best to provide for her family. She now had a few adult children, but they all lived together. One day, Tracy started hearing strange noises from the attic. She thought there might be an intruder there, but she always made sure about locking all of the doors and windows. She did it as some kind of precaution since they lived in part of the city where burglaries were common. She didn’t see signs of forced entry, so she thought it was just her imagination. However, she soon began wondering if something else was going on.
