Perhaps It Was An Animal
Shortly after, Joe had another thought. An animal might have gotten in the apartment and stole the food. However, that seemed unlikely since he always made sure to lock all the doors and windows at night. His neighborhood wasn’t really the safest in New York. Aside from that, the food in the refrigerator was gone. He knew that there was no animal that could open fridge doors. It must be something or someone else. He thought it was time to act.

The Camera
Determined to figure out what was happening, Joe bought a camera with night vision and set it up near the ceiling in the kitchen. He made sure the view of the pantry and fridge was unobstructed. He pressed record and went about his day. However, the next morning, he took the memory card out of the camera and got ready to finally learn the truth. It turned out that he wasn’t mentally prepared for what he was about to see.
