As Sharon Watts, Laetitia ‘Tish’ Dean became a bona fide television star and one of the most well-known actresses to have appeared on EastEnders. Dean, of course, was a household name when she joined the show in the 1980s, having previously appeared in Grange Hill, The Hello Girls, and Brookside. Laetitia appears to have followed the traditional soap opera star path, appearing in pantomimes on stage and reality TV shows like Strictly Come Dancing. She has also toured with stage productions and released her own fitness DVD in 2008.

Julie Goodyear – Bet Lynch from Coronation Street
Julie Goodyear is best known for her role as Bet Lynch in the ITV soap Coronation Street. She appeared on the show as a guest in 1966, but from 1970 to 1995, she was a series regular, and she would return for a few episodes until 2003. Julie left Coronation Street in 2012 to star in a slew of commercials, comedy shows, and reality shows like I’m Famous and Frightened!, Celebrity Fit Club, and Celebrity Big Brother, and she’s occasionally spotted on the red carpet.
