There are a ton of top American colleges that you can reach when you live in New Jersey. Even so, the Garden State is home to some of the worst. Bloomfield College, for one, is better than a couple of other entries on this list. After all, 31.9 percent of its students go on to graduate. The average debt is on the low end at $26,044, but this is not enough to make the students happy. After all, almost 15 percent of them have to default on loans.
