Not For Sale
Sometimes, trying to tell them what they can’t have is the only method to get through to people and attract their attention. Prohibiting anyone in any way will only encourage them to do exactly what they are not supposed to do. To put it simply, it is reverse psychology. The seller of this facility was obviously annoyed and chose to sell their building using a different strategy. They took a different approach rather than a simple ‘for sale’ sign.

This is a sign that did make us burst out laughing sincerely. Whenever someone positioned a large sign reading “no signs on yard” they should have known that sooner or later it would backfire. In aspects of retaliation, it is most highly probable not what they anticipated, but it was so excellently executed, we can’t really help but respect whoever was accountable for all of it. The sass, the simplicity, the vague menace to the words, everything is so perfectly done.
