At the foot of the hills, there was a street that had parking spots allotted specifically for them so that their work is a bit easier for them. Their parking slots were officially reserved for them, accompanied by official signs as well as “No Parking” signs. These signs were placed so that people would not bother them by parking at their spots. But it seems that not everyone can read and understand said signs despite its simplicity and how easy it is to spot them.

It is certainly stressful whenever people cannot comply with a simple rule nor instructions that are imposed. It is not much of a task to figure out that a sign is telling you to not park at specific spaces especially if they have “No Parking” or “Reserved Parking” signs. The foreman saw that there was an elementary school nearby the parking slots, which is why a lot of cars park there. There is no problem with them parking, just parked cars at the wrong spots and time.
