Everything she did was captured on camera. It was enough evidence for Shena Hardin to be brought to the police station. Upon further investigation, they also found out that Shena Hardin has not done it for the first time. Multiple times in fact! She is certainly someone who does not care about what might happen because of her actions, especially going up the curb where a school bus was unloading children.

Shena Hardin believed that just like before, she could get away with what she did, just like the other times she had done it. But things are different this time. As the court trial started, Shena Hardin did not show up in court, but her act was not something unexpected. A lot of times, she would laugh in court appearances as if she did not regret anything that she had done. Lisa Kelley (a mother of one of the students who boards the bus) however, has a lot to say about her.
