Starting and running a restaurant is no walk in the park. Because of this, Apollo was always proud of his Kilimandjaro-based restaurant in Middlesbrough. This one business owner treated customers and employees with respect every time. Three out-of-town people came into the restaurant for chicken, however, they left without paying. Apollo was upset with their behavior and received a letter from them.

A lot of soccer fans flocked to Kilimanjaro on the weekend to eat after the game, in order to catch a glimpse of Middlesbrough F.C. play. One of the restaurant’s specialty meals was Waka Waka Chicken. While weekend visits increased during the weekends, the Apollo team was astonished when three out-of-town guests arrived and then left without paying.

For the first few hours of that hectic weekend shift, everything seemed typical for Apollo and his Kilimandjaro team.
