The Impact Of Global Warming
Global warming will, like everyone predicts, have a significant impact on the world by 2030. Sea level is rising to the point where people must begin to relocate away from coastal areas. He stated that Los Angeles, in particular, is suffering greatly as a result of rising temperatures and that it is rapidly becoming uninhabitable. He did, however, have a clip about Los Angeles.

What we see in the video is a high-tech city that Noah states are the new Los Angeles, which had to be built further inland to accommodate all of the people who were forced to relocate to rising sea levels. Although it appears to be from the future, there is no way of knowing whether or not this is the case. At least for the time being.
