The Groovy Era, especially the 1970’s, wouldn’t be the same without Farrah Fawcett. This picture was taken when she appeared on The Sonny and Cher Show in 1977. Fawcett stirred up TV audiences all over the world, eventually landed her the most unforgettable role of her life. The role was, of course, on Charlie’s Angels. Aside from acting, Fawcett also succeeded in modeling. Her red swimsuit poster was so iconic that it became the best-selling pin-up poster of all time. Her hairstyle was also popular, becoming an international trend. It was known as the “Farrah-flip” or the “Farrah-do.”

Elizabeth Montgomery took the TV screens by storm at an international level during the Groovy Era. She enchanted viewers in her hit TV show Bewitched. She was best known for playing the role of Samantha Stephens on the said series, as well as the character’s hippie cousin Serena. Bewitched was one of the most popular shows in America during its run from 1964 to 1972, joining the ranks of the greatest TV series of all time. This rare historic picture was taken one year after Elizabeth Montgomery started playing the role of Samantha on Bewitched.
