Fans of the soap opera Dallas would know Victoria Principal, who played Pamela Barnes Ewing. While it was on the air from 1978 to 1991, she left the series in 1987. The Principal is also a published author, writing books about beauty, skincare, health, fitness, and well-being. She was featured in the Dallas Reunion TV special in 2004.
