After such time, Frank Costello and Charles Luciano thought that it would be a help for them to team up with men who would make so much money. That’s why they teamed up with Meyer Lansky and Benjamin Siegel which is known to be called “Bugsy”. These two men were their way to get into the bootlegging business. It is a business wherein the illegal distribution of goods in alcohol and other things. Right then, the Irish mob joined their guild which forms a group and called themselves “The Combine”.

Not a long time after their group teamed up and joined forces, The Combine eventually fell where Frank Costello emerged unscathed. Frank grew up in the arms of the respected “Prime Minister of the Underworld”, someone who had a lot of connections with anyone from any rival gang and their bosses. Not only to gangs but also to people with powers, these are government officials.
