I am sure that the epidemic harmed our collective social standing. We nearly appear to have lost how to engage with people. We are now scared of even the tiniest interaction with another human being. With self-checkout, self-payment, and self-service, it almost appears that we are doing everything we can to avoid social connection.

Be Careful What You Wish For
We’ve all hoped for things that weren’t necessarily in our best interests. For example, because Christmas is a day that is usually packed with excitement, we would like it to happen every day. This is not to say that we should enjoy Christmas every day! It couldn’t happen logically. There are similar scenarios here… Who knows whether that will ever happen.
