Czechoslovakian Wolfdog
The Czechoslovakian Wolfdog came from the Czech Republic and Slovakia and could cost up to $1,500. The dog breed was known for its silver-grey and yellow-grey coat and had a lineage that dated back to 1955. It was created as an experiment by the CSSR Breed Association. Although it looked like a wolf, the Czechoslovakian Wolfdog was known to be friendly, sociably, cheerful, but also fearless. It was because the Czechoslovakian Wolfdog was a crossbreed of wolves and guard dogs. The Czechoslovakian Wolfdog was rare, and just 340 of them were officially registered.
St. Bernard
St. Bernard came from Italian and the Swiss Alps that could be bought for an average price of $1,800. It was famous for being a giant, working dog that could reach up to 35 inches tall and 260 pounds. The primary purpose of the breeding of St. Bernard was for it to be a rescue dog to help those who were stuck in the snow at the Italian-Swiss border. The name originated from its breeder, the monk Bernard of Menthon. He was the one who first bred the rescue dogs back in 1660.
