A Stressful Situation
In-Sync’s rescuers worked with animals in terrible situations but never met anything particularly traumatic. They were unable to assist Sheila in her efforts to better herself. They also assumed she had given up hope for a better future. Sheila eventually came to a halt due to exhaustion and a lack of energy. Her health appeared to be deteriorating, as she was frequently vomiting the food she had consumed. Rescuers had a difficult time as a result.

The In-Sync crew ran into a number of issues. They tried everything they could think of to help Sheila, but nothing worked. The USDA recommended them euthanize the huge feline after a half-month of hard effort. They choose to consider it. Sheila’s life has become more hectic and gloomy as time has passed. The crew had to decide whether or not it was more charitable to execute Sheila.
