It must be difficult and frustrating to convince other people that you really are twins when you look so different. Needless to say, the two of them are fraternal twins and not identical ones. We know that it can be difficult to believe but Lucy and Maria Aylmer really were born to the same set of parents even though they do not look anything alike. While Lucky has orange hair and freckles, Maria has darker skin and curly hair. “Now we have grown older, even though we still look so different, the bond between us is much stronger,” explained Lucy. “Now we are proud of the fact that we are each other’s, twin sister.”

One of the most inspiring young ladies out there would be Isa-Bella Leclair. It is hard to stay true to who you are, especially when you were born with a very unique and rare condition. She has always had a genetic condition by the name of Parkes Weber syndrome. Aside from that, she also has lymphedema. Her right leg sometimes swells to nearly double the size of the other leg and weighs as much as 40 pounds. This is a side effect of her condition, which makes lymph fluid pool in the leg.
