All you need for the recipe are two medium sweet potatoes, 2 cups of almond flour, 1 large egg, 1 tsp salt and 1 cup arrowroot powder. Take the sweet potato and make holes in it with a fork. Then put the sweet potatoes in the microwave, for about 8-10 minutes. Tale the almond flour the arrowroot flour and the salt in a cup and mix it well. Take the potatoes and mash them well until there are no clumps anymore. The next step is to take a big surface and put some flours on it. Take 3/4 of the prepared flour mixture and mix it together with the sweet potatoes. Then create a little whole in the mixture and add an egg in there.
